center;">Eplucher les pommes et les couper en petits dés.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Les faire revenir dans une poêle avec du beurre et un peu de sucre.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Laisser refroidir.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mélanger le fromage blanc avec du sucre selon votre goût.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Ecraser dans un sac plastique les spéculoos.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Remplir les verrines avec les gâteaux émiettés, ajouter une couche de fromage blanc sucré et enfin les dés de pommes, recommencer les diverses couches si Aujourd'hui pas de pâtisserie !</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Je vous présente une recette de Jean-Pierre Coffe :</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ff3300" size="4"><strong><u>Le gratin de macaronis</u></strong></font></p> <p style="text-align: center;">pour 4 personnes</p> <p style="text-align: center;">350 à 400 gr de macaronis</p> <p style="text-align: center;">50 g emmental râpé</p> <p style="text-align: center;">50 g comté râpé</p> <p style="text-align: center;">50 g beaufort râpé</p> <p style="text-align: center;">75 g de beurre</p> <p style="text-align: center;">chapelure</p> <p style="text-align: center;">2 à 3 tranches de jambon cuit</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Muscade râpée</p> <p style="text-align: center;">sel - poivre</p> <p style="text-align: center;">*****</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Cuire les macaronis et les égoutter.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Couper le jambon en lanières.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mélanger les 3 fromages.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Beurré un moule à soufflé ou comme moi une casserole à manche amovible, saupoudrer de chapelure et déposer 1 couche de macaronis, quelques noisettes de beurre, sel + poivre + muscade,</p> <p style="text-align: center;">puis 1 couche de fromages et le jambon en lanière.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Répeter les couches jusqu'à épuisement des macaronis. </p> <p style="text-align: center;">Terminer par le fromage et quelques noisettes de beurre et saupoudrer de chapelure.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Cuire 10
